These terms apply when you use the Cedarwell website, app or services in person or by phone. By using our services you agree to these terms.

About us

Cedarwell is operated by Cedarwell Ltd, an independent community pharmacy based at 14 Linden Parade, Orpington, Kent BR6 0AB. We are registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (premises 1234567). Our Superintendent Pharmacist is Aisha Bello (GPhC 2098765).

Using our services

Our services are intended for patients in the United Kingdom. You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to request services for yourself or those you care for.

Booking and cancellations

You can cancel or reschedule a private appointment up to 24 hours in advance without charge by contacting us at [email protected] or 01689 123 456. Late cancellations may incur a charge to cover wasted clinical time.

Payments

Prices for private services are shown on the relevant service page and are confirmed before treatment. Payment for private services is taken on the day of the appointment unless agreed otherwise.

Medicines and clinical decisions

We only supply medicines that are clinically appropriate. Our pharmacists may decline to supply a medicine if it would be unsafe to do so and will explain why.
